If you’re having pregnancy nausea here are a few things that may help

Firstly, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this! As a mom who’s had bad nausea herself and also watching my SIL have HG I know just how miserable it can be.
Sometimes it’s doesn’t matter what we do some days are just HARD.
If your already pregnant, it’s too late but studies and new research has shown that sperm and egg quality can have an effect on which symptoms you do and don’t get during pregnancy or how severe they are. Working on sperm and egg quality prior to conception can lead to a smoother pregnancy. It’s not just on moms!
Here are a few thing that have helped me and other women (not medical advice):

Eating frequent, smaller meals (some women need to eat every 2-3 hours or they start feeling sick)
Candies, preggie pops, morning relief candies (as pictured), and many more.
All things ginger, tea, ginger ale, ginger candies like gin gins.
High quality prenatal vitamins (nutritional deficiencies have been shown to worsen nausea especially magnesium. My favorite is shown in the images but if you can’t swallow pills consider a chewable such as smarty pants.
Epsom Salt baths! It will help ease those sore muscles and replenish your bodies magnesium.
Chewing gum
Ginger and peppermint essential oil (inhaling or diffusing)
Grape juice (for some reason this helped me and was a good way to start the day since eating right away needed to happen but I also needed to kinda warm up my stomach)
Warming drinks in general as they can be more soothing rather than straight water. (My favorite tea is shown above)
Hydration, dehydration can also make nausea worse.
Beef organ supplement, for some women it’s helped! So nutrient dense.
I’m sure I missed a few things so comment below something that helped you if I missed it.
