It's a girl!
This is the birth story of Grace.
Katie and Justin waited a long time to welcome their baby girl. Once they realized they were on their way, they prepared for their best birth - taking birth classes, hiring a doula, doing recommended exercises and maintaining a healthy diet. Their birth plan was created, and they were ready to have their beautiful natural hospital birth. Baby girl had other plans. She was happily settled in feet first (breech). Despite chiropractic care and multitudes of positional videos, baby girl stubbornly refused to budge. Working synergistically with their provider, they asked all their questions and made a fully informed decision to plan a schedule cesarean for baby’s delivery. Katie and Justin welcomed their little bundle of Grace on Christmas morning!

Even though we ended up having a c-section due to a breech
baby, Brittany was such a blessing to have post c-section to help establish breastfeeding, offer a set of helping hands, answer all questions. The help and guidance we have received through multiple doulas in the cohort since giving birth have been so wonderful. They have taken a lot of stress and unknowns of being first time parents off our plate."
